Please email me before placing your order to confirm availability and ensure I can create it just the way you want..! These are 1.5 inch double layer collars made out of biothane .. the bottom later is 1.5 inch wide and the top layer is 1 inch wide. The size you choose will be the middle hole along with 3 holes on each side an 1/2 inch between each hole.
